Our Story & Philosophy

Roseville Dance - Ballroom Latin Fitness, originally opened its doors in Roseville, California, in November 2007.  This was the first studio, and within a year came the expansion to provide a larger dance floor for the most avid of dancers.  The goal was to make it not only beautiful, and with a touch of class but a warm and friendly, fun atmosphere.  With sprung, floating bamboo floors for easy dancing, studio owners, Sergey and Eleni Malko, were and are still committed to providing a friendly, family oriented environment with the highest quality of dance teaching in the Roseville and surrounding areas. “We want our students and those interested in becoming part of our studio family to feel confident and alive when they dance with us.” We want dancing to bring smiles and joy to those around us.”  Our motto still remains “Dance for Fun and Fitness.” In February of 2010 our second location open in the Sacramento Area with the premise to bring the same look and feel as the Roseville location.

Both Roseville Dance and the Dance Corner provide private and group lessons in Ballroom, Latin and Night Club Styles for social dancers, mini group and wedding packages as well as showcase performances and all levels of competition for those avid competitors.

As of December 1, 2011, we have moved from our Roseville location and we have changed our name.  We are now Malko Dance and we are located in Sacramento, our phone number still remains the same and we are here to serve your dance needs.  We invite you to visit our Sacramento location and we would love to give you a personalized tour!!

Meet Sergey & Eleni

Dancing is a huge and important part of our lives and who we are. We have been dancing for almost four decades combined.  We met on the dance floor and the rest is history as they say. After we got married in June of 2007, the idea and desire to open our own dance studio was made reality when we were given the opportunity to do so in Roseville.  We opened Roseville Dance in November 2007 with a dream to have the largest, most professional and fun studio in the area. One year later we expanded, a year after that we opened another studio in the Sacramento Area. Roseville Dance was home to some of the most talented, professional and fun Dance Instructors from around the world!  Our dream had become a reality!  Roseville Dance in West Roseville was for us a beautiful, fun place to dance. We enjoyed our time in Roseville and came to meet a lot of wonderful people. Thank you Roseville for making us a part of your family if only for a short while. We are leaving with many great experiences. Our current location is in Sacramento and we have since changed our name to MALKO DANCE.
